Schema Reboot
A self-paced group designed to guide the participant in identifying the schemas that have created chaos and the wandering in the wilderness experience. The wandering in the wilderness experience is determined if you constantly repeat the same negative patterns. These patterns often show up in sabotaging behaviors, identical relationships issues with different people, intrusive and negative self-talk, and internal conflict as a part of me wants to believe I am significant but another part of me feels worthless and insignificant.
The Schema Reboot class consists of 2 modules. Modules 1-2 are self exploration designed to be facilitated in a group environment and personal self exploration. If One chooses to go further you will require a T-Schema practitioner who will collaborate with you to eliminate and elicit new more empowered schemas and experiences. The process is self paced and the objective is to provide training video’s or virtual learning.

Module 1: How The Mind Is Programmed
The book Flow by Mihaly Csilkszethmihalyi states that our nervous system is incapable of processing more than about 110 bits of information per second. And in order to hear me and understand what I’m saying, you need to process about 60 bits per second (that’s why you can’t hear more than two people. You can’t understand more than two people talking to you.) We have a threshold to what information our brains can register.
The Rutter of the Mind

A puppeteer is a person who manipulates an inanimate object, called a puppet, to create the illusion that the puppet is alive.

Emotions are the Rutter that influence the conscious mind– a brief breakdown of emotions’ main objectives.
Emotions can put one on a path that in order to feel good drives them to comply even against their own will. These schemas are the ways of your life that have hijacked your mind and senses.
Emotions prepare us to deal with important events without having to think about them in the moment as they create an automatic response.
Emotions create learning and learning creates programming.
The outcome of your programming creates Schemas. These schemas are the waves of your life that have hijacked your mind (your sailboat).
Therefore, the goal is to learn to direct the sails of your life by learning to redirect the sails of your mind to the destination of your choosing. In short, to reclaim the Helm.
