Level 1–Transformational Schema Therapy Basic Training

Course Description:

This course introduces how we as humans are programmed and how that programming becomes ingrained causing it to be unbreakable in most situations. The course highlights the work of Psychologist William James, Colin Cherry and theories of Selective Attention. It addresses how our emotions can become a puppeteer and helps the practitioner to learn how to discharge traumatic emotions and address negative schema’s (beliefs) that are often formed through negative and traumatic experiences. A major bonus is that the course will highlight the basic foundation to building rapport with your clients. For without trust you will most often meet with defeat in moving your client to emotional wellness. You will learn how to stabilize your client in a way that will empower them so they can be awoken to the resources they possess within themselves. You will learn how to utilize a technique that can create a major shift in your clients deep emotional pains where they can go from a state of panic to a state of calmness within minutes.

The Master Training builds on the Basic training. It was created so that the practitioner or coach is empowered to not only apply the techniques that bring about emotional wellness but that the learner is able to understand why the techniques work. It is a manual on how to reprogram the mind. Utilizing Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) you will learn that how we communicate to the client is vital to their success. You will be taught Milton Erickson’s languaging to assist your clients in progressing faster. As you learn a condensed course on language you will glean what is the primary hidden message that can help you know why your client remains stuck. The beauty of the Master training is that it will inform you to know why every successful modality (EMDR, Hypnosis, Emotional Freedom technique, etc.) is effective as it will reveal the key ingredients to all change. It introduces the new research on Memory Reconsolidation and will empower you to be able to remove food cravings, phobias, and know the keys to putting in place new programming for the client to thrive and experience emotional wellness.

Course Description:

This course is for those who want to truly master the techniques and protocols that will bring emotional wellness to those you serve. This course is like a practicum experience where you demonstrate your skill level by implementing the learning from both the Basic and Master training by supplying a video and transcript of a client you have worked with. The T-Schema team will review your video and transcript to evaluate if you have applied the techniques properly and then provide feedback for a pass or fail. This process will continue until you successfully pass and ensure your client is in the best emotional space possible. Learning a new skill is one thing, becoming masterful is an art.
